If you are visiting on the day of your arrival or departure, please allow at least 4 hours after your flight time to allow for travel time and procedures.
If making a reservation for multiple people, please send all of the people's dates of birth, phone numbers, and treatment details together.
Reservations can be made up to two months in advance. (*Please contact us separately to make surgery reservations.)

2. Visiting the clinic and reception Don't worry, an interpreter will come with you on the day! First, please tell the reception staff your name. After checking in, you will be given a medical questionnaire, which you should fill out and return to the reception. 3.Waiting room Please relax in the waiting room until your turn is called. All of our staff are dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible. 4. Counseling We will listen to your concerns and requests through an interpreter and then examine you. At our clinic, we conduct thorough counseling to create a clear treatment plan together with you and propose the optimal plan. Please tell us about your concerns and requests in as much detail and specific detail as possible.

Q: Until when can I cancel my reservation?

There will be no cancellation fee for changing or cancelling a counselling appointment.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least one day in advance.

Q. Can I make a reservation if I am pregnant or may be pregnant?

Please note that due to medical safety reasons, we are unable to provide guidance or accept reservations for any treatments if you are pregnant or may be pregnant.
