Please remove your makeup before the treatment. After washing your face, a topical anesthetic cream will be applied to minimize any discomfort during the procedure.

Is it possible to receive treatment only on the nose and cheeks? At Shibukuri, we use a new Potenza tip for each session to maintain hygiene and ensure effectiveness. For this reason, we provide full-face treatments rather than partial ones. However, if you wish to focus on specific areas of concern, such as the nose or cheeks, please feel free to visit us for a free consultation. We will propose the most suitable treatment plan tailored to your needs.
How much downtime is there? You may experience a slight burning sensation and redness immediately after the treatment, but these typically subside within a few hours to two days. Makeup can usually be applied without any issues starting the next day. Small, dot-like scabs may form as part of the healing process.
How soon can I expect to see results? With Potenza treatment, even patients with severe acne scars may notice significant improvements after the first session. While results vary depending on individual symptoms, undergoing 3 to 5 sessions generally leads to even better outcomes.

For Potenza treatment, we recommend the use of topical anesthesia. You may feel a sharp sensation when the RF (radio frequency) is applied, but if you’re concerned about pain, we can also use laughing gas anesthesia in addition to the topical anesthetic. Please let us know during your consultation.
